Transferring a Facebook Page to Someone Else
It is a little bit tricky, but absolutely possible
Facebook claims that you can not transfer a Facebook Page to another user. But, that is actually not completely true.
Here is what you do:
Simply have someone else like your page - then make them an administrator of the page. You can then be demoted to a regular fan. Once that happens, they become the pages new "owner".
